Many people know that Bali also has a tourist attraction which can also be an object of research and education, namely butterfly breeding and conservation. Bali Butterfly Park is the largest butterfly conservation area in Indonesia. Founded in 1996 by PT Kupu-Kupu Taman Lestari, Bali Butterfly Park offers an educational tourist attraction for the audience segment of tourists, students and researchers. In this conservation park there are 5 types of cages used during the butterfly breeding process, namely reproductive cages, egg rearing, larval cages, pupa cages and butterfly cages. Apart from butterflies, there are also a number of other insects that are preserved in the Bali Butterfly Park, many species of butterflies, both protected and unprotected, have been bred.
